About this notice
This notice explains how the Odommo Foundation Dhamrai website at odommo.ngo works and what happens when you browse, prepare a message or open external content. It covers this website, rather than the foundation’s wider activities or records.
Browsing the website
You can browse without creating an account or submitting personal details. The website does not currently offer registration, contact-form submissions or online payments.
The website’s own code does not use analytics, advertising trackers, cookies or browser storage to remember your preferences. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website.
The services that host and deliver the website may process technical information, including your IP address, browser information and requested pages, to deliver content and maintain security. This notice does not specify those providers’ logging or retention practices.
Preparing a message
The message tool creates an editable draft in your browser. The website does not submit the draft to the foundation or send it automatically.
Choosing “Copy message” places the text on your device’s clipboard. Clipboard history or syncing may retain it according to your device settings. Opening Facebook does not send the draft: you decide whether to paste and send it there.
Facebook & external links
Facebook previews remain unloaded until you choose to open one. Loading a preview connects your browser to Facebook. Facebook may receive information such as your IP address and browser details, use cookies and process information under its own policies.
You can read the summaries without loading a preview. Hiding a preview removes it from the page, but does not undo information already sent to Facebook. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies and settings.
Questions about your information
If you call or send a message through an external service, the information you choose to share is handled through that channel. This website notice does not describe how the foundation stores or manages those conversations.
For privacy questions, or to ask about information you have shared, use the foundation’s public contact number or its linked Facebook page. Ask to be directed to the person responsible for your enquiry.
Share only what is needed for an initial enquiry. Avoid sending identity documents, financial details, medical information or private information about children through public comments or unsolicited messages. Obtain permission before sharing another person’s details or image.
